No longer than 100 years ago a virus wiped out more than 30% of the population. It was called The Blood Genesis. (1st chapter backstory) The scientists who made the virus never had a cure in mind. So when things got out of control, they blocked themselves off from the rest of the world. A city surrounded by a wall known as Haven. And outside the wall, the ruins. An old ruined city where creatures ravage through the streets. Years pass by with no cure- that is till a woman in Haven named Siobhan finds a girl named Avila- the girl who may be a walking cure.
