Harris bowers had died in a race. The rumor went around town faster then him being alive again. Someone had posted the start of the race and the crash. So all anyone saw was Harris getting in the car and that car flipping, three times before finally coming to a stop and the car bursting in flames. So now here Harris was in Australia. Shipped there by his father and while Harris wasn't complaining, he's forced to change his name by his cousins who now look after him. Hes been in Australia 6 months. 6 months since he took up surfing and refuses to drive a car with the purpose of racing 2 months since he arrived in shorehaven 1 month since he found out his cousins lied to him 1 month since he accepted summer was with ari. 1 month since he turned 18 and got access to his trust fund. 1 month since he got his own apartment. 1 month since he was alone again Extra info: Harris is American and moved in with his cousins after the accident.
