This has lots of MakoHaru fluff and a little bit of Reigisa in the beginning. This is only meant to be a one shot, but if I get more inspiration then I'll add more.

Makoto wants to confess his long lasting love towards Haruka, but the other boy is only ever thinking about swimming and water. But when Makoto attempts to save Rei in a storm and nearly drowns, Haruka begins to think about another human instead of swimming.

The night after Makoto had almost drowned, Haru is awfully protective over him and doesn't leave his side. After giving it much thought, Makoto asks him why he is acting that way.
