This is a sequel to The Trouble On Your Lips so if you haven't read that and want to then avoid this summary. Kellin and Vic have been separated for almost two years. Suddenly they're reunited in less than convenient circumstances. With both of them in committed relationships and both of them fighting their attraction to each other, how long will it take for one of them to crack and give in to temptation? Kellin has a lot of issues which he covers up with acting out and being down right sassy. Vic, his new guidance counselor and teacher, however sees right through his carefree act. Vic just wants to help him, like any guidance counselor would, but he didn't expect to get so close.

(TRIGGER WARNING. Contains many suicide themes) After a bad break-up with his boyfriend, Kellin feels like he's left with nothing, so he attempts suicide. Now he's thrown into suicide watch and there's only one person who he feels like opening up to; the positive and cheery volunteer, Vic.

Kellin and Vic have been happily married for two years. Kellin wants to further their family, and relationship, by having a baby, but there's only one problem- Vic is the leader of a notorious gang.

Vic is in college with a History scholarship, not particularly happy with his choice of studies, but hey - he'll live. His college life is relatively normal and content until one day, while in the local library, he meets an Art Major with dark hair, bright eyes, and possibly the most perfect smile he's ever seen in his life. Except, when Vic tries talking to him, it seems like he can't hear a word he says. Actually, it seems like he can't hear anything at all.

Kellin is a schizophrenic boy that is admitted in to a hospital after having an "attack" as his mother calls it. In the hospital he meets a stunning boy by the name of Vic and takes liking to him. The question is... Is Vic a apart of Kellin's schizophrenia? Or I he the real deal? (Strong Trigger Warning! Do not read if easily triggered!!! Love you all!! Stay strong!!)
