Disclaimer - Though the title is in Mandarin, the story is in English and is set in an Indian cultural backdrop. Now that it is out of the way, what is the duology about? This is a story about how giving up the dream of eternal love sets the lovers on the exact path to each other. It is a tale or rather a set of two tales, one an adaption of a O'Henry novel (An Unknown Romance) and the second is a take on what could have happened after the twisted ending of the first tale.

At twenty four, Swara was proud of being labelled as an ice maiden. She firmly believed that owing to one rash decision she had made, the simple expectations from life; like love, marriage and a family, were not on the cards for her, and would shut the door on the face of any man who dared approach her. Till a stranger walked into her bakery and coffee shop, one rainy night. Sanskaar believed that nothing could be irrevocably wrong and even broken things and people are beautiful because of their cracks. But then Swara has lived with her guilt for too long and her heart has hardened under that burden. Would he be able to make her see the light which shines through those cracks? A light-hearted tale as to how life sometimes gives second chances and all one needs is to take a risk again for it could lead to true love.
