Baggage. We all have baggage. Mine is different from yours. Yours is different from theirs'. Theirs' is different from our's. But we all have baggage. At times, my baggage seemed to hold me down. It was a heavy load to carry. Almost always overweight at the baggage check station. Never enough space to put everything I needed because of everything else that was crammed in it. Beat up,worn out, yet, it is my baggage. My baggage got lost in transit once and I was lost without it. By the time I got my baggage back I had made my mind up, I would never allow my baggage to hold me down again. I decided to lighten my load. To not be devastated should my baggage not be on the carrousel at baggage claim ever again. My suggestion to myself is, travel light young man. Be ready to move quickly when necessary. Eleven year old Abbie is about to be taking on a great adventure. Where destiny awaits. God help destiny. All will change. *************************** Last summer one night as we sat round our back garden Abbie me eleven year old daughter who is big into fantasy Narnia, Doctor Who, skulduggery pleasant and Sherlock Holmes etc wanted me to write an adventure story with her in it. So I did. Little did I know it would take me the best part of five months and then some:-( I tried to put everything Abbie likes into it, fantasy, magic, history and mystery. So the end result is Book one of 'Secrets of the Druids'. It's a complete story in itself. Hate books that have no ending. I knew I'd be reading this to her in bed so it's a page turner (I hope:-). My greatest critics loved this story (My Kids) so I hope you do too. Feel free to write any comments you have on this tale all advice is welcome. Enjoy.

A new book I hope to fill with more poems and useless things. All for your amusement . So please like and comment and laugh but not at the bits I'm trying to be profound. Mind you they might be the best bits to laugh at. Enjoy:-)

of zebras - the love collection here, when i say i never want to be without you, somewhere else i am saying i never want to be without you again. and when i touch you in each of the places we meet, in all of the lives we are, it's with hands that are dying and resurrected. when i don't touch you it's a mistake in any life, in each place and forever' ― bob hicok zebra embryos start out with a dark skin but go on to develop white stripes before birth
