As a child, Park Hoon (Lee Jong-suk) and his father Park Cheol (Kim Sang-joong) were tricked and sent to North Korea. After being sent to North Korea, Park Hoon and his father was denied access to go back to South Korea. In North Korea, Park Hoon was trained to become a doctor by his father who was already a famous doctor. Park Hoon became a genius thoracic surgeon and had attended medical school in North Korea. He deeply fell in love with Song Jae-hee (Jin Se-yeon) iduring his high school career. Park Hoon's father then died and he tried to flee to South Korea with Jae-hee, but had lost contact with her and at the end. Jae-Hee ended up in the North Korean camps for attempting to escape as Park Hoon was able to fled to South Korea alone, while looking for Jae-hee. In South Korea, Park Hoon begins to work as doctor in a top hospital Myungwoo University Hospital. Meanwhile, he found a girl that looks exactly like Jae-hee, Doctor Han Seung-hee, who claimed to not know Park Hoon. *All rights belongs to SBS & Dramabeans

Cardiothoracic surgeon Oh Yeon-joo's (Han Hyo-joo) father mysteriously went missing while writing the last chapter of his webtoon "W". Yeon-joo goes to his office and is shocked to see a scene of a bloodied Kang Cheol (Lee Jong-suk), the main character of W, on her father's monitor. While reading something left behind by her father, a hand from the monitor pulled her in. She found herself on the rooftop of a building, next to man lying down in blood. She manages to save him but is shocked to realise that the person she saved was Kang Cheol. Before she knew it, she was back in her father's office. *All rights belongs to MBC & Dramabeans

Everything that comes into my mind but can't be said. Sometimes there is a thought in my mind but it is too extreme that is better that i don't say it out loud. I sometimes write my fears on a sheet of paper and give it to my soul sister❤Masha❤. It is way easier to get it out when you write than if you speak. It really helps clean your mind.
