Percy Jackson son of Sally Jackson, step dad Gabe Ugliano. Percy is a mortal and lives in a run down apartment in one of the shadowy places in Manhattan. His step dad abuses him and they are always moving due to Gabe running from the police or Percy being kicked out of school. Percy is afraid to make friends, thinking they will hurt him or Gabe hurting them. Sally has to work 3 jobs because of Gabe's gambling habits and she doesn't have anytime to spend time with her son Percy, she doesn't know that Gabe abuses him and thinks he just gets into a lot of fights but she loves him no matter what. When Percy moves to a new school will he make friends? will he catch the eyes of a certain bad boy? will the abuse ever stop? Read to find out WARNING! Nico comes back to camp to pay a somebody a little visit, Percy noticed him, he felt some type of way he just couldn't put into words. He follows and finds out the truth why Nico had stayed away from all those years. How will Percy react? How will everyone react? Mystery follows.
