Xacery (Zay-sir-ee) Loretti never knew his father. He is out of shape, hates life and wants to simply disappear. He doesn't trust anyone and likes to be alone. Frein is a divine dragon that has been asleep since the war ended. Xacery awakes Frein by chance and they both have their lives changed.
