Tamar Geil and her six brothers go to a church camp their Grandpa reformed years ago. She is determined to fit in, even though her strict mother tries to keep her close to the family, and won't let her stay in the girls' cabin. Tamar soon discovers that this isn't your typical camp week. Strange globs of tapioca clusters float aimlessly and the youth group finds a strange man in the woods after a tremor in a nearby cave disrupts the family outing day. After things feel like they're starting to go well, the other kids start judging Tamar and the pastor's daughter, handing them lists of salvation scripture. A fantastical tale about what it means to work together and the dangers of prematurely judging.
