(Old) (Monster AU) Monsters are fabled to live in and around a small village in the middle of a forest. They can disguise themselves as humans whenever they wish. One monster, an eldritch, to be exact, has been known for causing trouble. So much trouble, in fact, that he has to have a good hearted monster to watch over him and keep him in line. The Red Army has accidentally spilled toxic into the water supply of a widely populated place in England causing people to mutate into monsters. Most people are either dead, barely surviving, or blood thirsty beasts on the hunt for fresh blood. You are in the point of view of Tord and Tom, you watch as they try to survive in this messed up world, but what do they run into on the way?

~After the end~ Tom drank heavily in "celebration" of shooting Tord with a harpoon. Unfortunately, he overdosed and died. The afterlife wasn't what he thought it'd be, if you could even call it that.
