Now complete short fantasy novel featuring lots of Pokeshipping! Ash receives news that The Sensational Sisters have lost their rights to running the Cerulean Gym and Misty has disappeared overnight without a word. What will he and Brock learn at the end of their mission to find her?

I felt a stab of something unfamiliar. Was it anger? Hurt? Sorrow? I felt it stab again as I listened to Ash describe his crush. "She walks like she's confident. When I hear her laugh, it's like the ocean is singing to me." Jealousy. I put a name to the stabs at my heart. I was jealous. Jealous of the girl that he was describing had a secret admirer that cared and secretly loved her so much. I guess... I wish I had someone that cared about me as much as Ash cared about his crush. - - - Serena can't help having permanent feelings for temporary people. At least her best friend will never be a temporary person. If Misty stills likes her after seeing the scared and emotional weak side of her, then Serena would risk a lot to keep her friendship. Of course, hearts don't listen and it sends Serena spiraling down the familiar path of falling in love again. With Ash. The person Misty's been in love ever with since she's moved here.

Daisy has returned to the gym and is letting Misty go to Unova to see Ash for a while. But Misty is going there... In disguise. AaMl Under a hiatus for now...

Misty and Brock run into their old friend Ash who they haven't seen in years. They're having a good time until Ash falls very ill and Misty realises that she might not ever get to tell him how she feels if she doesn't take the plunge now. I do not own pokemon or the cover art for this book.

Ash has only a few days to hang out with an old friend. He regretted the fact that she could be described that way, as he hadn't even seen or visited her in so long. His only wish was to somehow make it all up too her for how he's neglected her all this time. Only, he never knew the real reason why she stayed. Her reason. The reason she covered up with an excuse. And when she tells him, new passage ways will open. Whether they be open for lies, or open for love... is for them to decide.

He's one night away from his next great adventure but he can't sleep until he sorts out the remains of his past. Then again, some things aren't so simple. Pokeshipping one-shot, takes place before Ash leaves for the Hoenn region.

For all the times Misty has personally invested herself in Ash's fate due to him acting on his own stubbornness... Perhaps this is finally his opportunity to pay back some of those dues. Hints of Pokeshipping, mostly on Ash's end.

Four one-shots written for 2016's annual Pokeshipping Week event featuring the following themes, in order: 1. "having each others' backs" - Misty faces her worst fears. An alternate scene from Pokemon 2000 wherein Ash isn't brought back from the brink by her shaking him and calling his name. 2. "if tracey never joined" - Based on a loophole I found in the prompt, Ash and Misty meet a local artist in the Orange Islands who sees something they don't. Takes place right after Pokeball Peril. 3. "changing the others' world" - Misty speaks her mind, Serena pays back a long overdue debt, and Ash finally sees the light. Takes place after Kalos. 4. "sleeping together" - Features a lot of symbolism. Ash is in love with a memory and he doesn't even realize. Takes place near the start of his Hoenn travels.

A one-word-prompt one-shot sample I wrote after Pokeshipping Week 2016 ended and I was still filled with inspiration. I had decided that I wanted to take requests for one-word-prompts from my Tumblr followers and offered this one first to showcase expectations. Ash Ketchum can handle practically anything that gets thrown his way. But not her. Not right now. Not after some apparently significant changes in both of them. Pokeshippy one-shot.
