Backstory-almost-not-really: Tony has hired you as a part time assistant after hearing about your background of science and technology. A few months later, you're staying in Stark/Avengers tower full time with the science bros. You even have your own room in the building. Tony gets a few scrapes and bruises from being Ironman.
