"Bad girls have more fun." At least, that's what Amanda thought. Being the most feared and hated student in Belfast High, definitely had its perks and invincibility was one of them. However, when paired with the not-so-charming David Walker, the keeper and broadcaster of everyone's dirty laundry for a media project, Amanda's invincibility is shattered. Karma is an even bigger bitch and is hell bent on making her pay. As the people around her begin disappearing and dropping dead like flies (not to mention her crazy ass black friend who is intent on joining the nunnery, dropping off the face of the earth), evidence linking her to the murder of several residents in Geraldton increases, and a stalker who would stop at nothing to see her pay for her past crimes becomes even more vicious. Amanda realizes one thing: She is a walking target and someone wants her gone forever. "It's time to kiss the bitch and make her die." This is a superhero story, but not as you know it. This one has a twist. One question that is always asked is, "If you could have a superpower, what would it be?" We all assume so many things when asked this question. We assume we'd actually get the ability to choose a superpower. If you think about it, none of the mainstream superheroes got to choose their powers; they just adapted their lifestyles to the power. This is where the twist comes in. Drew Tuller, 17, gets the chance to choose what superpower he wants. He gets to test out 33 different superpowers and gets to keep one in the end. He goes on his journey of attaining a power with his three best friends, Dirk, Brady, and Rachel. Join them, if you're brave enough. Be careful, though - in searching for something new, you might lose old things that are most precious to you.

In the Cérion Kingdom, people have big imaginations and they believe in myths and legends that have passed down from their ancestors. Demetria isn't one of those believers. She isn't like your typical 16 year old girl who looks forward to marriages and love. A woman can survive on her own based on her knowledge, not a man's instinct. But Demetria is in for one big surprise when she finds out that some myths lurk right outside her doorstep.

Once I was a god. Worshiped. Revered. The huddled masses cast themselves at my feet, heads bowed and eyes wide. Save us, they begged. Spare us, they pleaded. And, fool that I was, I tried. Now I am nothing. Fallen. A bitter memory of an age long passed. A broken old fool too stubborn to die. This is my story. My rise, my fall. The pathetic mess, after. Read it. Don’t. I care little. My words are not for you.
