Echo and Napstablook are both Partners in crime and are wanted by the Starter Squad. They must work together to get revenge on their ghost type friends who have been exiled from Pokétown by Static.

A Pikachu that goes by the name Static , creates a rumor that ghosts types are considered dangerous and they must be prosecuted and exiled from the town for everyone's safety. As expected, the rumor spreads like wildfire and Echo was in danger. Due to the lie she was exiled from the town including all the other pure and part ghost type Pokémon, and she wants revenge in order to take back her home. However, Static has far more sinister ideas than even a ghost type can handle.
