It has been two years since Rory Gilmore left Stars Hollow to follow the Obama campaign. It has been two years since Rory turned down Logan's proposal at her graduation. It has been two years, but it still feels as if time has not altered their relationship. Things seem to fall back into place very easily, but is it really that easy to jump back in? Has Logan actually matured? Rory needed time to pursue her career, but now that she has her dream job, can she reconnect with her dream man?

Logan was crushed she said no. The love of his life made a choice and she didn't choose him. As he walked away from the beautiful girl in her cap and gown he made a promise to himself, he was not going to give up. *Contains some adult content such as alcohol, cursing, and sexual content.*

This is a fan fiction of what happens to Logan and Rory after the revival season and those fatal last 4 words that left us all hanging from that cliff! This is my first writing piece so hopefully it turns out good and I'm open to advice! *disclaimer! Picks up a few hours after Rory visits her dad in Boston. Story will mainly be told from Rory's POV with a few chapters being in Logan's. This story picks up where "Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life" leaves off-- Lorelai and Luke are married and Rory announces she is pregnant. How does the Danes' relationship change now they've said "I do"? How does Rory deal with the pregnancy...and the baby's father? Follow along with my story to learn my take on how these beloved characters-- and others-- continue with their lives. Takes place nearly 19 years after the Gilmore Girls: AYITL. Rory has raised her son, Richard, with the help of her family.
