We all know the story of Beauty and the Beast. This story follows the outline of the traditional story pretty well with some changes to make it seems more real, more intense, and not such a fairytale. There's a Mansion secluded in the thick forest south of town that Isabelle happened to run into one very stormy night. Denied help from the Master, but aided by the servants, she finds her life intertwined with theirs and there's nothing she can do to stop it. The Master is horrible - beastly. He's powerful, and manages to put Isabelle under a spell of his own. A story of two people learning about themselves by falling in love with the other. Here's my version of Beauty and the Beast.

A mangled curse. An old feud. A horrible monster. Ever since the Beast overthrew the King three years ago, the country of Fabel has been on the edge of chaos and Annalise's nameless village is one of many places hanging onto order by a fraying thread. With only a thin stretch of danger infested forest away from the old castle, it's prime hunting ground for the Beast. As if fending off regular attacks weren't enough, denying the advances of a monster hunter turns out to be harder than it ought to be, especially since Anna already has an engagement ring on her finger. But it only takes one broken bargain to shatter everything Annalise knows. To save her father from a fatal mistake, Anna agrees to take his place as the Beast's prisoner. But she hasn't given up on going home so she strikes a deal of her own. She can leave the castle, but only if she breaks the curse that binds the Beast - a curse he can't tell her how to break. But as Anna struggles to figure out how to release the Beast from his enchantment before time runs out, she catches the attention of the Enchantress who first cast it, an Enchantress with a long memory and unfinished business. Once there lived a girl, who lived in Thanona, a little provential village. Her mother was dead, her father was a ruined merchant turned inventor, and her sisters were babied. They missed the life they lived before their father's ruin, in the city. But not her. Arabella Durand is happy in the village. She runs her father's house, and takes on all the responsibility therein. But when she catches the eye of the most eligible bachelor in the village, whom she finds arrogant and boarish, Arabella is distraught. After being forced to plan a wedding she doesn't want, due to a misunderstanding, Arabella goes out into the woods to clear her head. She soon gets lost, and comes across a ruined castle. And once she goes inside, she becomes the prisoner of a monster. But sometimes things aren't always what they seem. Love and hatred, jealousy and admiration, monsters and men: they are separated by a fine line. And when that line blurs, Arabella must learn what the difference in truth and reality is. (COMPLETED! To the world he was a beast but for her he would do anything. He could have the world but all he wanted was her. They say the things we want most are the things we can't have. For she was so afraid of him that even the thought of him could have her running for the hills. Little did she know that she was the only one who didn't have to be afraid of him. When Manon,s father, the King, told her that he'd promised her away to the Beast King, she was terrified. Not for the reasons you might think, though. Being married to a Beast didn't scare her so much. No what scared her was the thought of what he might do to her once he learned that she didn't possess the charm and beauty that her two younger sisters were famous for. This is my version of beauty and the beast. It's inspired in part by a fairytale I read as a child, (I think it was called The Sun and the Moon). It's about a woman who got married to a man, who's face she was never allowed to see, but whom she had to share a bed with every night in the dark. Finally, I've added a bit of fur and fang to the story, so I hope you enjoy. Expert from the story: "You know you've been bad, don't you," he growls in my ear, and all I can do is nod soundlessly as my body starts to shiver at his proximity. He's standing flush up against my back. I feel the warmth of his big, solid body seeping into mine. And even though I know he's furious I can't prevent myself from quivering helplessly as he leans in even closer. Suddenly I feel his sharp canines scrape the delicate skin on my neck, making me shiver uncontrollably. I feel his hot, wet tongue sliding over my vein, almost as if he's tracking my pulse with his tongue. "I can taste your pulse underneath my tongue," he growls, spreading his hot breath against my neck and giving me goosebumps. "I feel you quivering beneath my body and I can hear your heart beating." He leans in and gently bites my ear. "Do you have any idea what that does to a beast?"
