Recently fired, homeless and single, Kara returns back home to Midvale, feeling the need to escape National City for a while, to deal with the feeling of failure as she scrambles to get her life back on track. But after a miscommunication with a stranger on the edge of a cliff, Kara finds herself enamoured by the strange blind woman and her passion for music, and she might be just what Kara needs to pick herself back up.

In need of a place to stay in National city, Kara finds herself staying at James Olsen and Lena Luthor's house, watching over their kids in exchange of their spare bedroom.
