Demosthenes is king. A role that comes with responsibility, a palace, a kingdom and an ego the size of of it all. Elpis, a humble fisherman and women's son, really has no intentions of searching for more than silver coins inside the walls of Euphranor, but when, completely by the accident, the Moirai saw the two happen upon each other, he is drafted into a world that is so far from his own, by a man who's soul is much darker than his own.

Ethan is sarcastic and sassy. Will is careless and troubled. When Ethan sees how bad Will is struggling, he decides to help the 20 year old. But in order to help Will, Ethan realizes he must face his own dark past. As feelings and secrets emerge between the two boys, Ethan begins to question if Will is really as straight as he claims to be.
