He learns that a dark wizard targeted him as a baby, although he still doesn't know the true reason why. What he does know, is that he survived and wherever he goes, people just want to catch a glimpse of his forehead. He's famous in the wizarding world, although lives quite a normal life at home with his parents and siblings for the most part. But the time has come for Harry to start his first year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, alongside his best friends, and it seems the pressure is on to live up to the greatness placed on him during a time he can't even remember. However, it shouldn't be a problem for Harry to find his next adventure when the castle holds a three-headed dog and plenty of secrets for him to uncover.

It has been over a year since the murder of his wife, Lily, and James Potter wishes every day that it is simply a nightmare that he will wake up from. Unfortunately, it isn't and in the wake of her death, James finds himself as a single parent to their son, Harry. The Boy-Who-Lived is known all around the wizarding world as the one to defeat Lord Voldemort on the same night that Lily was killed as the proclaimed "Dark Lord" attempted to rid of the child as well, yet failed. However, James is just trying to do his best in raising Harry in the most normal fashion as he can possibly muster but it's not easy. With one of his former best friends in Azkaban for the betrayal to the Order and his two remaining best friends not on speaking terms, James finds himself drowning in stress. Yet, relief comes in the form of a young woman, named Renata, and their first encounter is nothing short of a chaotic mess. But at the same time, it's the first thing that's made James laugh in months.

She knows nothing but lies, betrayal, and heart break. This time will be different though. Follow Alex through her journey as she decides to not let her depression control her life again and seeks to avenge her Grandfather and her broken heart. Along the way Alex discovers things about herself and others she'd never imagined possible. Her powers grow. Voldemort is tired of chasing her. The entire Wizarding World is at stake.

As the witch returns to Hogwarts she begins to see the changes. The Wizarding World isn't the same. With Voldemort on the rise she has to be alert at every turn. Every day he grows stronger which means trouble for Alex. Not only that, but Severus is more on edge than ever. What will become of Alex and Severus's relationship as the year passes? TW: listen, I wrote this when I was 15 years old. I don't remember what's in half of it, nor do I really want to. 😅 It's not well written. It's crude, immature, and above all- a cry for help. The only reason I haven't archived it is because writing this story helped me disassociate for many years. It is what kept me going and while I don't really remember it's contents I do know I poured all of my personal trauma into it depending on my mood which was- well I'm on mood stabilizers now. 😅 Anyway it was the only thing I really had in life for a long time. I guess I'm still weirdly holding onto as a piece of me. Like my own little horcrux. That being said I do remember this can be just outright horrific. TW TW TW TW TW for literally everything.
