But when Moff Gideon kidnaped Grogu and Harry, all bets were off, and Mando, with the help of his friends, rescued his sons from the Imperial. What Mando was not expecting was for Jedi Master Luke Skywalker to appear to aid them. Afterward, Luke informed Mando that his sons needed to be trained as Jedis. Reluctantly, Mando agreed. Two years later, his boys returned to him with a message from Skywalker telling him that Harry needed to return to his home planet at some point. So, after a year of reuniting with Gogu and Harry, Mando decided it was time to return to Earth. What the Mandalorian found shocked him.
