Cas has been dating Aaron for six years now, and he loves it. Mostly. Sometimes Aaron loses his temper, but it's okay. He still loves Cas. Cas just has to make sure he doesn't upset Aaron. But one day Cas meets Dean. Dean is funny and beautiful and confident, and Cas likes him a lot. Dean and Castiel are married now, and they couldn't be happier. Their life is finally making sense. But then an old ex of Dean's, Angel, becomes a mechanic at the shop where he works, and he rekindles a friendship with her. Although Dean has no ideas of romance, Cas can't seem to let it go, and Dean must figure out how to convince Cas that there is only one angel he truly loves.

Castiel never liked people, and although he has nothing against his college room mate Dean personally, he finds that Dean is no exception. But Dean seems to like Cas like no one ever has before, and Cas is starting to think maybe people aren't all bad.
