I could probably write a better definition than that, but, I digress. Am I called a nerd? Yes. Do I care? No. Am I socially awkward, boring and introverted? Yes. Do I give a fuck? No. I had this mentality for a long time until the one day where being called a nerd actually hurt me. The day that I was rejected for just being smart but unfortunately boring. Never in my life has my mom ever said something so horrible, so disgusting. Never in my sixteen years of living, have I heard something so awful and cruel. When Mom said those five words, I felt like my world was ending, and that my life was over. "You're going to high school." Now, I know what you're thinking. What's so bad about high school?
