My kind has been called many names in the past. Sea folk, kelpies,freaks. But there is always one name that sticks mermaid. Middle earth is a troubled place although I don't really live on the earth part. I live in the sea deep under the waves or I did. Since I gained my legs and left the pod lots of things have happened. Strange things they are it takes land folk months to work out how to use them but I worked out how to use them in a couple of hours. I now travel with the rangers. It seems strange to think I was born to protect the sea but now I protect the land. Now we have been summoned to rivendell for whatever reason.
