There are hundreds of blood lines, this story follows the Vampire blood line of the Arrendale family. Oliver Alexander Arrendale and his wife Sofia Amelia Arrendale are very powerful, dedicated, and respected vampires. They trained there three children, Mya May Arrendale, Matthew Lea Arrendale, and Ryan James Arrendale to hunt, fight, and become the next generation of the Arrendale blood line. When Mya turned 18 and ascended into her family blood line she was overwhelmed with power and responsibility. She decided that the best thing to do would be to leave her blood line. Because she practically raised her little brothers and was still talking care of them she decided to talk them with her and give them a chance at a normal life. For the past five years Mya, Mathew, and Ryan have been moving around the UK and living off of animal blood. Like Mya, Ryan has liked his 'normal' life and is set on never returning to his family even what he ascends to their family blood line. Matthew on the other hand had always considered going back to his family and continuing his family's legacy. Matthew has truble controlling his temper and blood lust and that gets him in truble a lot. When he gets into to much truble they are forced to move because they need to keep a low profile. Dew to a recent hunt that Matthew took to far they were forced to move again, and this time to Scranton Pennsylvania in the US. Things are already going south for the teen and things are about to get much worse.

From a distance, Gemma Cloud seems to have it all. Her dad owns the second-largest company in New York, she has a great education, and is set up to inherit her father's company, Cloud Corporations. She looks like she should be having a great life. Right? Nah. Gemma's has it hard since day one. All these expectations caving in on her; you'd never expect her to survive if you could ever know. Having to keep a public image all your life is tiring. It's cliché to say that one day, everything changed, but that's exactly what happened. Gemma never really shared her father's views on superheroes. But, now she has a reason not to. And it's getting increasingly harder to pretend to be unphased by his phrases. A few years of homeschooling later, my dad decided public school would be more beneficial for my childhood development. I'm obviously not good with new people, so this idea didn't thrill me. I somehow ended up making friends though. Things started to get weird after I woke up in hospital, people started looking at me weirdly and my dad felt distant. I start getting close with Peter, but I over hear something strange in the Avengers compound about myself, so I end up going to Peter's, trying to escape from the truth of happened many years ago. Will I run away with Peter and will everything go to plan? Or will the truth come out, leading to a relationship I'd never expected to happen?
