You worked for the newspaper, doing a simple editing job and a few other things here and there. Ever since monsters came out of the ground, though, rent has sky-rocketed for you. You thought you could deal with it, but after a few months you need a roomie to help with the rent. Which, fortunately, you got one! But, unfortunately, you're too awkward to fucking deal, man. And this skeleton just laughs at you for it. -this fic has lots of cussing in it, and is a slowburn!- -if you have any suggestions of drabbles i should write for the story, comment!- all gaster!sans fics are way too serious to my liking on here, so I made more of a slice of life/comedy fanfic! hopefully this will go well HOOWEE Cover art by junkpilestuff on tumblr!! Ever since you were little, you dreamed of being on stage and dancing to your hearts content. You were determined to get where you wanted. All spot lights on you, people cheering and clapping as your feet swept across the stage. You were so close. 1 day away and you would have all of your dreams come true. Then everything was lost when the plane you was on crashed. You lost all feeling in your legs and lower body. So now, instead of living up to your dream you promised yourself would come true, you watch from a balcony. Instead of dancing like you wanted to, you got the complete opposite. Now all you can do is watch the monsters dance on what was to be your stage. ---- "You can dance. I can cry." "So let's make a tear jerking performance." ----

Alone in a condemned world where monsters and humans fight for power constantly, Y/N survives off of the wood's riches and the small scraps of shelter she can find in ghost towns. Allies and friends have come and gone during the war, either killed or have parted ways. It's not all that bad. She could be dead, after all. One afternoon when shipments from the Human Capital come on a train, she meets a mysterious stranger who saves her life. He's a monster, no doubt, a skeleton to be exact. Y/N is intrigued by the monster and decides to follow him into the next town over where he disappears into an abandoned warehouse. Y/N follows him in only to be pinned to the wall for questioning. After answering all his questions, introductions are made and Y/N learns that the skeleton's name is G. Y/N likes G despite his hateful nature and somehow convinces him to let her come along on a quest he's taking to save his brother from the Monster Capital where they took him for war. After surviving assaults, the government, and Mother Nature herself, Y/N and G start to form a special bond that neither of them wants to break. But when everything goes wrong and neither of them is strong enough to prevent it, Y/N finds that the capitals that she had always hated are far more sinister than she could've ever imagined.
