During Shadow's covert mission on halting a sabotage plot whilst searching for Sonic's whereabouts onboard the luxury liner -- R.M.S. Alexandria -- she is capsized by a massive anomalous rogue wave. The mission abruptly switches from a counter-sabotage op to a fight for survival alongside with other passengers to reach from the upper decks to the ship's hull, the only area above water. It's only a matter of time until the Alexandria slips beneath the waves, although a threat still loomed above the rising waters inside the inverted bowels. (Part of the Sonic Borders AU, an alternative universe created by me.)

Sonic and the gang visit one of the biggest and most ancient caves in all of Mobius for a Summer activity. What started off as a harmless, self-guided tour, soon became a danger to their lives. The gang becomes split up, as the roof begins to cave in. They must go on a journey to find each other again and find their way out, without cell phone reception, or a map. When Sonic and Shadow get stuck together, they may find that they work better together than they thought, perhaps in more than one way.

♥ Lets just say our little blue friend had been drowning in lies but he can no longer lie to himself and then Shadow and Sonic have been acting more like each other, Shadows nice and friendly and Sonic, he's well.....lets just say Not all nice guys turn out to be nice. ♥ ( Shadow falls for the new dangerous hedgehog and little does he know the other may share that love and hate for him. After all he's not that nice. )
