Everleigh Seymour was Carlisle Cullen's first newborn. Turned shortly after Carlisle left the Volturi and became a physician. She traveled the world with him and stayed by his side for almost two centuries, he protected her and never left her. At the mid 1920's, Carlisle brought home his fourth newborn, Esme. That flamed a fight between the two and Everleigh couldn't help but leave. When she returned, the Cullens that she once called her family left without a trace. Years and years of held back feelings came and it turned into resentment. In 2002, Everleigh and her new family moves to the town of Forks, and maybe... not coincidentally, her fate gets tangled with the Cullens... again.

In times of uncertainty, survival depends on measured, deliberate choices-the kind that decide between ruin and triumph. House Targaryen was no longer at the height of its power; with the loss of their dragons, they seemed less like gods among men and more like rulers stripped of divine favor. King Daeron II understood that the loyalty of the great houses could no longer be secured through fear alone, but through carefully woven alliances that bound them to King's Landing. Alara Tyrell, renowned throughout the Seven Kingdoms for her beauty and gentle heart, became an obvious choice. A union blessed by both the Targaryen king and his Dornish queen promised to tether the Reach to the Iron Throne. Yet one question lingered beneath the pageantry: was it truly possible for the delicate peony of Westeros not to wither-or worse, burn-beneath the iron will of the king's fourth son, a man forged in fire and expectation?

*Complete* A Lord of the Rings FanFiction A Daughters of Middle Earth Story Formerly Titled "Some Things are Meant to Endure" The only daughter of a King who had lost his Queen and the beloved younger sister of a Prince, Aeslin had grown up in the heart of the Woodland Realm. But given her mother's death in battle when she was but a young elfling, very little was more important to King Thranduil and his son Legolas than her safety. Not only had she never set foot beyond the borders of the Greenwood, she'd rarely left the confines of her Father's Court. For all that she was the most precious thing in the lives of her only family, Aeslin grew up the sad child of a dark forest. But with the Greenwood growing ever darker, Thranduil found himself with a hard choice before him. Fearing for the safety of his youngest child should she stay within the borders of a Kingdom coming to be known as 'Mirkwood', the Elven King made a decision that would change his daughter's life forever. Aeslin had always had a talent for healing, so he decided to send her to Rivendell to learn from Elrond as every great elven healer had done for centuries. There she learns not only the arts of healing, but finds another family, and indeed, eventually finds love. Follows Aeslin from before LotR through to the end of the films.
