When Kotoko wishes something that she really meant. " I wish I could just forget about you! I wish I could let my love be free!" But what if.. it does come true?! She suddenly gets smarter then she gets to study abroad?! She suddenly leaves and goes overseas without Naoki's knowledge. She studies overseas for 2 years. When she came back to Japan, she looked very different. Everything about her changed. She became a successful person, even better than Naoki. When she comes back and meets Naoki again. She didnt feel anything for him anymore, Naoki really felt her being different. Naoki was hoping for her to come to his house but she already bought a house of her own! And what if.. she already has a boyfriend?!

What happened next after Naoki asked Kotoko if she's already pregnant? How they managed the ups and downs of their marriage. And what if there's another woman??

The story is based on Japanese version of Mischievous Kiss: Love in Tokyo 2. It begins when Naoki went to Kobe and Kotoko was studying hard to become a nurse. She went to visit him in Kobe after 2 months since he went and then decided to concentrate on her studies. She had approx. 10 months left for the final national examination to become a nurse. But it's Kotoko. How can anything go right without a fight in her case! I don't own Itazura Na Kiss or the characters. But the story-line is mine and I introduced a few more characters. Enjoy! The idea of Kotoko ever leaving his side or ever stop loving him was EXTREMELY laughable. Kotoko stop loving Naoki? Ha, you're joking....right? Kinda like a Naoki's diary thing, but it switches btwn Kotoko's and Irie-kun's perspective. Yes, I call him Irie-kun. Deal with it.
