After a particularly terrible experience with her adoptive father and a few drinks, Rebecca Harrison finds her much-needed escape from reality in her soon-to-be biology teacher. When the two meet again at the beginning of the school year, neither know what to make of the situation. But their conflict with each other is no match for the conflict Rebecca faces with her adoptive father, and the two soon find themselves developing a relationship that tests both of their willingness to let others in. For entirely different reasons, they find themselves pushing each other away. Until they realize that their reasons aren't so different at all. This story is girlxgirl, teacherxstudent, and it deals with topics such as abuse, alcoholism, and suicide. It's my best work but it can be depressing at times & may be triggering to some. [Editing on-going, Sequel - TBD]

"He is the one. The one that every girl searches for. He is the one for me, and he is mine now. He is what life offered me as a small light, a light of pure hope. He was that one light that I had to hold on to through all the things that were going to happen to me..." *** The most beautiful form of love is when two can depend on each other with their lives, cherish each other's delicacy, feel the emotions within a single touch, and most of all: feel free. The dark life Blossom hides behind closed doors is soon to be explored by Romeo, and the two shall learn how to share, how to help, how to let in. Thus will be written a story in which two young people experience what love actually feels like. This is the spinoff of 'Interest'. It can be read as a stand alone but will contain relations to the first book. This story contains abusive content, strong language and sexual content. Read at your own risk. (The book isn't as serious and sad as the description makes it sound like, but will contain some dark scenes.)
