After 'losing' her mother, and siblings, 15-year-old Reba Ellis (Rebecca O'Malley) figures she has nothing left at home and decides to set out to find her father, who abandoned her family when she was 8. But a would-be disastrous situation leads to a shocking discovery about herself and reunites her with lost family. And when everything finally feels alright again, the betrayal of a family friend and the start of a mass rebellion makes her question her abilities and really find out who she is, and that if she joins people like her, she can really make a difference.
