Long before the great war that happened on earth between the crystal gems and homeworld, an experiment was made to create a new type of gem. This experiment was performed on a planet whose environmental temperature was so high that homeworld could only sent gems with fire resistance to work on the experiment. The experiment was a success, but the awakening of this gem created in such an extreme planet ended up destroying the research center, for which the project to create gems of this type was canceled due to the consumption of energy and resources. But ... what will happen when this gem arrives at the earth?

Things change. All the time, everything was changing and Steven had no idea what to do about it, homeworld was safe, free, gems were moving to new things, the suspects broke up, Lars went back to space. and he was alone. And afraid. everyone was leaving and moving and he was standing still. until she came. (I got this fic au idea off tumblr from user wolfinshipclothing)

Steven and the Crystal Gems have already finished saving the universe, and they decided to check on an old friend.. Spinel. Spinel felt rather lonely, because of the diamonds' discipline, she felt like they didn't care for her as much as the Crystal Gems did. Or as much as Steven did.

Steven is full human. There no any magic,gems,alien or any kind of those stuff. Every Steven universe gem character is Human. Yes even Spinel the diamonds. If you DO nOt like the ship Steven x Spinel then I recommend to leave nOw. Art NOT mine on the cover I just edit it. Have fun reading UwU

Steven didn't know how it happened but now here he was, in a locked bedroom, with no way out. Steven knew that the city was torn between two sides, Crystal Gems versus the Diamonds. So since he thought he lived and worked on neutral territory, he never thought he'd be taken from his friends and family, and now be in the possession of the Diamonds.
