It wasn't perfect before. But it worked. You could've had the chance to live to see your next birthday, the chance to speak to loved ones, to play catch in the night or swim on the beach carefree in the summer or have a light night party with your friends. All Those times, They seem so long ago now. To tell you the truth, I don't know how anyone could find a reason to live in the world right now. Every day entire families, gone. Erased as if they never existed. Good people left to rot on the streets and the young ones, abandoned in a world like this. And I miss my life before all this, I didn't appreciate things as I should've. Made mistakes, snapped on my parents a couple of times, tried my best to ignore them in my room, isolated and slept so I wouldn't have to see them...and now, I'd give anything in this world just for them to even lecture me. I don't know If I can keep moving on like this, I keep seeing the same mistakes at every turn, feeling helpless that I can't stop it or prevent it from happening to anyone else. I can't protect anyone and it keeps killing me. Every time I feel like I could stand, someone, kicks my legs from under me. So...I have a request.
