Min Taihyun always had big dream and big expectations for herself. Since she was a young child, she dreamed of being an idol. Growing up in Texas, her chances were slimmer than she hoped, even though she was Korean. When she turned 10, her family actually moved to South Korea for better job opportunities. When she turned 17 she tried to audition for an entertainment company. The company said they liked her but she wasn't quite ready.
