Yes, he's a bad boy. And yes, she's a good girl. Or at least that's what the stereotypes lead people to believe in this school. Because things like this matter more than, you know, school. Meet Ethan Stone. He's got the dangerous, mysterious vibes paired with killer looks that have girls' panties flying off left right and centre. But don't worry, he doesn't have any STDs, apparently. And then there's Ashley Taylor. She's got the big glasses, underrated music taste, big-headed bullies that love torturing her, and brains no one can beat. But don't worry, she's got a knack for surprising people. You'd be surprised how much they have in common when they're not bound by crippling social constructs. Stereotypes were always a load of bullshit anyway. • First Place Winner for Humour - Corona Awards Second Place Winner for Humour - Fruits of Love Awards (rated 92/100)

A divine comedy about God, his sons (Lucifer and Jesus), their not-exactly non-profit organization called Afterlife Industries. They're open Monday-Saturday, but closed on Sundays. That's the Lord's day, and is therefore solely reserved for family dinner and Fantasy Football trash talk. It's all worked out pretty well so far, but things are about to change. The immortals Adam and Eve are still quite angry with the not-quite-holy trinity for the whole Eden thing, and are concocting a new plan for revenge. They use the resources at their company to hack into God's email account and, amidst a stream of cat memes the man upstairs likes sending to his sons, they find one rather useful email which God had written while drunk one night. Chapters will be added every Wednesday to add a little humor into the humdrum of hump day, and Sundays because it only seems fitting to give an update on God's family on "his" day.

In the year 2055, humanity has successfully eradicated most diseases by using vaccinations. By 2063 successful birth rates plummet and after further testing, show that the populations that took Genesis X have become sterile. 2073: The Genesis X generation has produced only 544,246 people in the past decade. 2075: China tries to reverse the effects of the vaccine, and Russia follows suit. 2076: A reverse vaccine is introduced through the black market and knock off vendors called HOST. HOST is used throughout China and Russia causing irreversible damage to a person's organs. Millions die. 2078: Leaders of remaining colonies embark to merge everyone into one place, stationed in what is now known as The United Pangea. 2083, twenty five years after the introduction of Genesis X, the children of those that were left unvaccinated have been drafted as part of the EVE project. The objective; Repopulate.

"Great power comes with great..." I raised my eyebrows at Guardian, looking his skin-tight suit up and down. "Urges to wear spandex, apparently." "Are you using altered famous superhero comic book references to insult me?" he asked incredulously. I snorted. "You bet your fucking ass, I am." *** Crown City has all the typical big-city flare. There's a McDonald's on every corner, enough carbon emissions to end life as we know it, and a new supervillain trying to take over right before finals week. For Tessa Kingston, Supers are nothing out of the ordinary. In fact, Tessa likes to pretend that Supers don't even exist at all. Though Tessa isn't exactly shy with her not-so-popular thoughts on Crown City's resident vigilante, Guardian, he seems to have taken a liking to the annoyed teenager. Well, he and his buddies have, that is - buddies meaning two supervillains dressed in Walmart Star Wars masks. Crown City has always been a center for mayhem and superpowers, but when strange things start happening too often to be coincidences, Tessa finds herself in the middle of a fight she didn't start but she sure as hell was going to end. Villains torment her. Heroes try to save her. Tessa just wants to pass Supers 101. In a world full of Supers, it's up to normal-teenager Tessa Kingston to save her city. A typical tagline she's well-aware of, of course. As Tessa prepares to show these Super-fools they messed with the wrong girl, she just has one condition: There's no way she's wearing spandex. *** BOOK #1 OF THE "SUPERHEROES SUCK" DUOLOGY Featured on the Wattpad Adventure, Action, Superhero, and Humour profiles! WARNING: Contains mild swearing, cliffhangers, plot twists, and enough sarcasm to last a lifetime.
