Percy's mother Sally has a past that haunts her. She may have left her old life behind but that doesn't mean that it won't come searching. Sally was childhood friends with Natasha Romanoff who decides to pay Sally a visit successfully involving Percy in more than he signed up for (as usual). Takes place after The Blood of Olympus and before The Avengers. I don't own any of Rick Riordan's creations, nor any Marvel ones. I also don't own the image used for the cover.

Percy Jackson is slowly losing his mind, but the others expect him to lead them. So he does, pretending that he wasn't affected by Annabeth's death, his parents death, and being tortured in Tartarus by all who wanted revenge against him; just like any other hero would. But the Gods couldn't be fooled. They noticed how their young hero looked when he thought no one was watching, and they noticed how the nightmares affected him. So when a group called the Avengers seek help from the Gods in a new war, who will they send to help the Avengers?

Percy Jackson's life is finally looking bright. When his mom's books take off, she decides to attend an author expo and brings her family to Central City, where they'll be staying for one week. When Percy's parents surprise him with a visit from his girlfriend, Annabeth Chase, things get even better. Which, of course, means that it all has to go downhill. Someone has their eyes on Percy. When one of the demigods gets injured, the mysterious Flash rushes in and saves them. Now both teams have a common enemy.
