He was leaning up against the wall of the bus stop, his muscular arm above his head, his jet black hair was messy as the wind scraped past it as well. "You're surprisingly good at avoiding people," He stated, the deepness of his voice shocked me; it was was smooth like ribbon. He stretched closer towards me, "but, I'm surprisingly good at finding people." - Everyone had heard of Adam Valentino, he wasn't shy of famous in our town. He was the classic bad boy, his reputation was well known and everyone knew that if you cross him, you wouldn't ever be able to cross him again. [SAMPLE ONLY. PUBLISHED IN OCTOBER 2016] - LINK TO PURCHASE E-BOOK ON MY MESSAGE BOARD! "Why are you being nice to me? I'm a freak, I'm blind," Riley had once asked her, but Ellie could never answer that question, and she would never be able to. Ellie Burke is just this simple town girl, who will never look at the wrong way about anyone. Moving to Florida means everything to her - she could turn over a new leaf, start a new life, and get the chance to actually be someone -and not just this useless nerdy girl. Everything's going well for her until she meets this boy in her English class - and he's the most interesting, unique person Ellie has ever met. The boy who lost his sight. She's going to fight for what her heart wants every step of the way. This is Ellie's story, and it's going to be one bumpy, complicated romance that's nothing like the fairy tales say. A story of hope, trust and what true love really means.

My name is Ruby. I was born with rare ruby eyes, but I don't know what they look like anymore. I like to believe they're still the same color, but it's hard to when I can't even see. If I asked you the question 'what does the sky look like?' what would you tell me? You would probably say, 'it's blue,' but that's not the answer I want. The answer I would want would be, 'I'll get your sight back so that you can see it yourself.' The only problem with that answer is, it's impossible. .................
