2015. I always wanted more build up to their reunion. I wanted to see them dating and actually finding their way back to one another.

I wanted to write something a bit more lighthearted. Like so many, I've always wanted J&M to have experienced a pregnancy together. So, following their 1999 wedding John convinces Marlena to try for another baby.

What if the affair, was really an affair? An emotionally messy, full of angst, and guilt, affair. John and Marlena can't seem to stay away from each other, no matter how many times they say it's over.

After John announces he's leaving Salem with Brady, Marlena goes to the loft under the guise of returning Brady's forgotten teddy bear. The decision she makes that night changes everyone's lives.

A love story about our favorite couple John and Marlena. A story that includes history and dialogue from the show.
