Amelia and Avalyn Pond were two Scottish girls who lived in an English village named Leadworth. when Amelia was seven and Avalyn was six, they met a strange man who called himself 'The Doctor', after his little blue box fell out of the sky, into their back garden. After saving them from a crack in their wall, The Doctor leaves with the promise of returning five minutes later, so when he returns later than expected, there's no wonder why they've changed. But with cracks in the skin of the universe appearing, The Doctor can't seem to find the time to work it out.
