When Ash wakes up on his birthday, Eiji is already gone, so Ash thinks Eiji has forgotten his birthday. But would Eiji really forget his birthday? Eiji had always told him that it's important to celebrate dates like these, that he had been reborn and had been given a second chance, a new life with him in Japan. He had promised him he would always make this day unforgettable and special for him... So why has Eiji not planned anything for his birthday? Eiji has no poker face, so surely Ash would have noticed something? What's even worse, Ash had accidentally taken over a shift at the café on his birthday and couldn't cancel it again. Will Ash still be able to celebrate his birthday with Eiji? And how will everything turn out?

An alternative ending where Eiji saves Ash at the last minute before bleeding out. Since he's powerless in a wheelchair he has help, of course.

It's the start of your junior year in Gotham Academy and you have grown close to a certain Wayne... I have given in and given Damian green eyes due to the controversy the blue-eyed Damian had caused. Although in the new 52 (the series of comics I was reading at the time that I had originally published the story), Damian was drawn with BLUE eyes. Contains strong language and violence!
