Setelah Insiden mengerikan itu terjadi dimana Yokohama hampir menjadi lautan api yang dibuat sebuah organisasi yang bernama Guild,Detektif Bersenjata dan Port Mafia sampai harus bekerja sama demi melindungi tempat tinggal mereka itu dan tempat dimana mereka lahir hingga tumbuh dewasa. Tapi, akhirnya semuanya sudah selesai.Kini Yokohama sudah kembali damai dan tentram. Hanya masalah² kecil yang dilakukan oleh organisasi musuh yang sudah lama membuat kekacauan di kota,padahal sempat bekerja sama dengan organisasi Detektif Bersenjata tetapi akhirnya mereka membuat kekacauan lagi dikota yah walaupun tidak seburuk apa yang dilakukan Guild. Ya... Organisasi itu adalah Port Mafia. TAPI! Setelah insiden itu terjadi,telah banyak yg berubah. Terutama yg sedang di alami seorang pemuda yg bernama Nakajima Atsushi. Akhir-akhir ini dia selalu diam-diam bertemu dengan seseorang. Siapakah seseorang itu dan apa hubungan mereka berdua?.
