Kandice Parker is the daughter of witch-siphon Kai Parker. Throughout her life, it's just been her and her father all alone together. However, when Kandice turns 11, she decides that she is tired of living by herself in a purgatory world. When it is revealed that they can return to the land of the living, Kandice begins to show incredible and devasting signs of power. She even starts figuring out shocking information about herself and even begins questioning who she is meant to be. When Kai and Kandice are targeted by a "threat" Kai sets out on a mission to find a way to end it, before it grows even worse. Learning about her father's past and future, Kandice begins to fashion herself to become more like her father, but with Kai's dismay, he fashions his daughter to become more like her mother. The beautiful Winter Samedi, who was the daughter of Loa Baron Samedi.
