Maxine was always a sweet child, and her mom made sure of that. Like every story ever, Maxines dad was a drunk. He didn't abuse her though, only her mom. She had to sit there and watch it happen every time. She never had the courage to step up and say something until it was too late... Her father had killed her mom in cold blood. As if Maxine wasn't quite enough, she became a total mute. Only talking to the people she trusted or when it was totally necessary. Did I mention that Maxine was only the age of seven when her mother was murdered in front of her? After almost being kidnapped, Max finds herself in the hands of Sally and the infamous Slenderman, A sweet girl her age and a horrific faceless being. How could she live through murder and monsters. Her life was quickly turned to one she never would of imagined. ~This is a creepypasta story of Maxine (Max) Shadows life and how she became the "monster" everyone now knows her as.~ (All of this is mine, art, plot, story.
