This story takes place after the last episode of season two of Supergirl. They found a way to remove the lead from Earth's atmosphere and now here returns Mon-el and they can continue the Karamel relationship.

Both Kara and Mon el wanted to start a family together. But Kara couldn't just take 9 months off being Supergirl so that she could keep her baby safe. People would become suspicious if they found out Supergirl was MIA and she was pregnant at the same time. This crushed Kara's dream to have a family with Mon el. But what about adoption?

This story follows Supergirl canon with a few changes. Any changes I make will be indicated in an A/N. The prologue explains more. Do not skip the prologue because there is a lot of information written there that is necessary to understand the story line. For now, our story begins at episode 2x01 and I will add in the full opening scene when I get an opportunity. I just want to get the story caught up with the show but it will still not be exactly like the show
