After Odysseus got married and returned home he realized he had forgotten something, his little sister, Cimene's 17th birthday had happened meaning that she was now two years passed the age to be wed, meaning he had to prepare the palace for not only the suitors (barf 🤮) but also when they gave up and/or failed to woo her. Because if he knew his sister (like he knows his own mind) this was going to cause disaster. Little did the king know that his sister did want to marry but finding someone who would love her despite her... flaws was going to be difficult. Meanwhile, a young man named, Eurylochus was boarding a ship that would head to Ithaca his father hoped that the king would help the small island of Same for the island had been suffering from famine, and hoped that the king would at least pity to help them. What is the young man to do when he sees a woman who in his opinion had to have been blessed by Aphrodite herself to explain her beauty only to later find out that she's the princess? And how is Eurylochuis going to deal with his wife not only looking good in armor and short hair but is also a caring aunt/mom!? Heat rises in your chest, crawling up your neck like an itch you can't quite scratch.
