I took a deep breath and closed my eyes as the music blared so loudly I could barely even hear my own thoughts. The bass vibrated hard throughout my bones, my heartbeat matching pace with the beat. Shannon and I were pressed up against each other, grinding our bodies together. I could feel the eyes of the men at the bar who'd been staring at us since the moment we walked in. They were watching us, lust and hunger evident in their heavy stares. I glanced over my shoulder and flashed them a smile. One of them stood up as if he were contemplating coming over to join us. I felt powerful. Almost high off the feelings that tonight had brought me. Shannon flipped me around so I was facing her again and I could see the hint of scarlet trickling down from the corner of her mouth as she smiled at me. My eyes immediately honed in on what was left of the sweet essence we had both shared only hours before, and I couldn't help myself. I reached out and wrapped my hand around the back of her neck and pulled her forward. I felt her giggle as I pressed my lips against hers, letting my tongue trace her bottom lip seeking out his blood that was painting her lips. The feeling of ecstasy hit me the moment I tasted his blood on her mouth. My head fell back as I let the power of his blood overwhelm my senses once again, electricity rushing through my veins. It was only then that I noticed the dark, ominous outline of a man in the corner of the bar. His arms were crossed over his chest and he was watching me with a penetrating gaze. A smirk twitched on the corner of his mouth when our eyes locked together. I heard myself gasp at the realization of what was about to happen. He's here, I thought. I knew I was about to be punished for not listening, but any punishment he gave me would be worth just one more taste of the scarlet kiss only he could give me.

The Shadows kidnap supernatural beings and experiment on us to discover our secrets and morph them into something unnatural. Our mother was murdered in front of our eyes. And it didn't take long for the rest of the world to catch fire. The thing that kills me the most is that we've literally been living amongst humans for centuries. If we wanted to kill you, I'm pretty sure you'd be dead by now. You know what I mean? But I guess that's just not the world we live in. My siblings and I have been blending in with the humans for the past eleven years, just waiting for an opportunity to arise where we can take back what's ours. We're going to find our father. And then we're going to kill every last one of The Shadows until they're nothing but a fading memory.

MATURE Aria's POV It was the mixture of pleasure and pain that made me arch my back and let out a loud moan. I felt his hardness pressing up against my belly when he leaned in to leave a wet trail of kisses on my neck. My whole body shivered in anticipation when he kissed me. I could remember everything he could do to my body. All of the different ways he could make me come. He bit my lips hard enough for me to gasp out. I knew how wrong it was for me to want my teacher to bend me over his desk, but that's exactly what I needed. And I wasn't going to back out before I got what I wanted. Caleb's POV "I'm going to mark what's mine. I'm going to leave these here for you and everyone else to see. You're mine and mine only. You got it?" I whispered into her ear while stroking at her erect nipples. God she was beautiful. She was like a walking sin. Everything about her was driving me absolutely insane, and I couldn't get enough. I removed my fingers from her nipples and she protested with a disappointed look on her face. She's as needy as I am for her and I fucking love it. The moment she kissed me was the moment she gave herself over to me. She wasn't aware of it yet, but I was never going to let her escape from me. She was my addiction and I was enjoying every moment of her. I grabbed her ass and lifted her on to the table. She pulled me closer by my tie and pulled my mouth on her. I kissed her hard. What she whispered next made me lose all sense of control, "Fuck me, Caleb. Fuck me Mr. Cross.".
