Our main character, Ethan Nestor, lives under a dictatorship. And a very strict one at that. Each and every citizen has a very limited set of rights. And so, it's normal that they are very attached to them. One of those rights concerns one's hair color. It goes this way : "You cannot discriminate one based on one's hair color as long as it is the color that they were born with." Because in this world, people are born with either Brown or Blond hair. However, how is our Blue-haired protagonist supposed to live in this universe?

He's simply unique, while others are plain and boring. But as always, society today doesn't see it that way. As Mark goes through his day by day life, he will stumble upon someone who is just like him. Felix. Will both their odd differences from the outside world bring them close than ever possible?
