A bet is a harmless thing, right? Sometimes, but not when it has been planned by Dinah and Normani. When Lauren and Camila made a bet with her bandmates, they didn't know how their lives were about to change. In less than a week.

Lauren never planned on living in the house she lived in. She never planned on working the job she worked. She never planned on befriending a strange girl named Camila, either. Lauren never planned a lot of things.

Lauren Jauregui is a lot of things. She's caring, she's intelligent and she's beautiful. But Camila Cabello doesn't notice those things when she and Lauren first come into contact. Camila notices her nervous ticks, and how she refuses to look at her, and how she never furthers conversation. At first, Camila takes that the wrong way, and deciding that Lauren is nothing more than a rude girl who happens to have the same friends as her, eventually stops trying to make friends. Lauren is a smart girl and kind of nerdy. She only has two friends at school, Normani and Dinah. She's had a small crush on the mysterious badass Camila Cabello for a few years, but she knows that there's nothing she can do about it. Camila doesn't talk to anybody at school, always has her hood on and has a pretty short temper. One day, Lauren goes over to her house to return something that belongs to Camila, only to see Camila fight with four boys. Lauren unwillingly gets involved in the fight, and because of that, gets involved in Camila's life. But does Camila want her in her life, and does Lauren want to be in the life of somebody who her friends call: Bad News?

Camila works as a florist. Every day, a certain green eyed costumer walks in, buys one flower and gives it to her.
