The guppy whom he names Deku isn't a normal guppy but, rather a very tiny merman. Deku falls for Katsuki to the point where he wishes to become human. When Deku's wish is granted, will he be able to make Katsuki fall in love with him or is Deku doomed to return back to his merform living forever alone?
