Shinya Hiragi is starting senior year. His older sister Mahiru has a boyfriend who is very popular among the ladies and is a playboy. Of course it is Guren Ichinose, the bad boy in school. One day Shinya and Guren get called to the office forced to do something whether they like it or not.

It's been three years since Nezumi left. Thanks to everybody chipping in, No.6 has been rebuilt. Shion's health is slowly depleting- he knows that his time is limited.
